metal carpentry

SAPE specialises in metal carpentry and the design of steel structures with UNI EN 1090 certified quality up to EXC3 categories.

SAPE’s Vocation

To satisfy the reference market, SAPE meets every single request with extreme flexibility, taking care of all operational phases, from design to the construction and installation of industrial and civil carpentry works.

Why choose SAPE?

Unlike its competitors, SAPE boasts a flexibility that is unique in the sector, allowing it to carry out every job while adapting to the time and technical requirements that each structural project may present. SAPE is also proud of the quality of its products. Its production philosophy is focused on absolute compliance with current design and construction regulations. At SAPE, nothing is left to chance and every product perfectly meets the design requirements. This is also possible thanks to the numerous CNC numerical control systems used in the manufacturing process, which guarantee absolute precision.

    Digitisation

At SAPE, we consider the digitisation and 3D design of our products to be a top priority, providing our customers with a certified design and manufacturing process that complies with all regulations.
Production is managed in an organised and rational manner, thanks in part to specialised PLM software that is part of our application suite, together with various CAD, CAE and BIM solutions. SAPE also provides accurate feasibility studies and analyses through prototyping and mock-ups.

    Production

Thanks to the integration of CAM systems, it is possible to automate and manage production processes, minimising errors and increasing the quality of the final product. SAPE uses various advanced CAM solutions to maximise production efficiency. This allows the company to guarantee precise, high-quality machining.

The CNC machinery used by SAPE includes:

    • FICEP Orient beam and profile cutting and drilling line
    • Laser and plasma sheet metal cutting systems with bevel head
    • Press brakes of various sizes, including the latest 600-tonne ALPMAC

In addition, SAPE integrates manual processing with robotic solutions to ensure consistent and uniform quality. The company’s commitment to excellence is reflected in the care taken with each piece processed, whether produced using innovative CNC machinery or through thermal cutting and manual processing, ensuring that it is made as accurately and professionally as possible.

      Finalisation

Once completed, each structure undergoes any necessary surface treatments and is then delivered to the construction site, where the assembly team, highly specialised in the field of metal carpentry, will arrange the various parts and complete the work.
